Workato is seeking an exceptional Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing team. You will build complex Ruby on Rails applications and server-side infrastructure for the Workato user interface, collaborating with UI, connectivity and DevOps teams to craft elegant solutions to complex problems.

With 7+ years of Rails experience, you will contribute across the development lifecycle, write clean, testable code, and help evaluate improvements.

Qualifikationen

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• 7+ years of experience developing, shipping and maintaining Rails applications.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and social skills.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design.
• Strong knowledge of Ruby.
• Contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
• Experience with relational database systems (PostgreSQL) and Redis-based / Memcached caching.
