Prematch is expanding its mobile platform and seeks a senior mobile engineer to drive the Flutter app forward with an AI-first approach. You will own features, collaborate with Product and Design, and raise code quality to deliver a scalable, high-performance mobile experience across offices in Cologne, Berlin, London, or remote.

Ideal candidates have extensive Flutter/Dart experience, strong SOLID architecture knowledge, and a passion for building in startup environments.

• Mobile expertise and full-stack approach: you have hands‑on experience building and maintaining mobile apps (iOS, Android, or cross‑platform), understand the specific challenges of mobile development, and you want to build full‑stack using agentic engineering.

• Mobile UX: You understand how good mobile products work – from UI/UX principles to proven design patterns.
• Quality Mindset: You work in a test‑driven and quality‑oriented manner and are familiar with common testing methods in software development.

• Full-stack thinking: Ideally, you’ll also have knowledge of back‑end and DevOps.
• Platform expertise: Experience in native Android/iOS development is a strong plus.
• Firebase stack: You have practical experience with Firebase as a building block of modern mobile architectures.
• Product Analytics: You use tools such as Amplitude and Braze to understand user behaviour and specifically increase engagement.
