You will build and scale high-throughput APIs and services, own features end-to-end, and contribute to architecture decisions while mentoring junior engineers as you grow into a Director-level role within 18–24 months.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in APIs, distributed systems, and debugging.
• Experience with modern web stacks (e.g., JavaScript + any OOP backend).
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

What You’ll Do

• Base $110K–$150K + 20K retention bonus + equity (experience‑adjusted)
