Job Overview

Join our teams dedicated to building and enhancing Solactive’s real-time indexing platform, which calculates and manages tens of thousands of financial indices and portfolios for global clients. The Platform Architecture Team sets technical standards, drives the evolution of our tech stack, and collaborates with business-focused engineering teams to ensure robustness, scalability, and security and to bring our platform to the next level.

Your Tasks

• Prototype, spearhead, and drive key initiatives and technical architecture. This involves both planning and coordination, but also significant amount of hands‑on engineering work.
• Provide leadership in architectural and engineering best practices across multiple teams.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and other engineering groups to align efforts and achieve the best possible impact.

Your Profile

• Strong Engineering Experience: You bring several years of hands‑on software engineering experience, with strong expertise in Java, containerization, orchestration, and modern cloud‑native architectures. You have proven ability to design and build scalable, resilient systems.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Your track record of influencing architectural decisions, mentoring fellow engineers, and promoting a culture of technical excellence.
• Analytical & Problem‑Solving Mindset: Your ability to tackle complex technical challenges with creativity, clarity, and innovative solutions.
