Zusammenfassung

deeploi is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems in a highly collaborative environment. You will own features end-to-end, from planning and architecture to deployment, while working with frontend and DevOps teams to set engineering standards.

The role focuses on performance optimization for data-heavy applications and scalable infrastructure, with mentorship of junior engineers and involvement in technical hiring.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of backend or software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and complex data structures.
• Track record of building data-heavy applications and scalable infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical hiring.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in backend or software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and complex data structures.
• Track record of building data-heavy applications and scalable infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.
• You care about quality, security, and user experience — and it shows in your code.
• Comfortable owning large parts of the product roadmap — independently and within a team.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDM systems or enterprise device management.
• Familiarity with data analysis or analytics tooling.
• Experience with Windows-based services and server environments.
