Zusammenfassung

Die Mühlbauer AG in Hagen sucht einen erfahrenen PKI-Architekten, der komplexe Zertifikats- und Kryptographie-Lösungen gestaltet und weiterentwickelt.Sie arbeiten eng mit Security-, Infrastruktur- sowie DevOps-Teams zusammen und tragen die technische Führungsverantwortung.

Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre PKI-Erfahrung, hervorragende Java-Kenntnisse (REST/SOAP) und HSM-Erfahrung mit. Reisebereitschaft ins Ausland rundet das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik/Informationstechnik/Engineering oder vergleichbar.
• ≥5 Jahre PKI- und kryptographische Systemeerfahrung.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Java, REST, SOAP, PKCS#11.
• Erfahrung mit HSMs und sicherem Key-Management.
• Kenntnisse in Sicherheitsarchitektur und sicherer Softwareentwicklung.
• Erfahrung mit Git, CI/CD, Code-Reviews und automatisierten Tests.
• Know-how zu Docker und Kubernetes von Vorteil.
• Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse; Reisebereitschaft.
• Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Starkes Entscheidungsvermögen.

Aufgaben

• Technische Gestaltung und Entwicklung von PKI-Komponenten und -Diensten
• Übersetzung von Sicherheits- und Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Lösungen
• Architektur-Entscheidungen treffen und Dokumentation
• Weiterentwicklung bestehender PKI-Lösungen
• Technische Führung und Mentoring von Software-Entwicklern
• Code-, Architektur- und Sicherheitsreviews
• Analyse komplexer Zertifikats-, Kryptographie- und Produktionsprobleme
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Security-, Infrastruktur-, DevOps- und Anwendungs-Teams
• Unterstützung bei Gestaltung der PKI-Architektur, Zertifikatpolitik und Lifecycle-Management
• Sicherstellen von Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Compliance

Your tasks:

• Technical design and development of PKI components and services
• Translation of security and business requirements into technical solutions
• Architectural decisionmaking and documentation
• Further development and improvement of existing PKI solutions
• Provision of technical leadership and mentoring of software developers
• Code, architecture, and security reviews
• Analysis of complex certificate, cryptography, and production issues
• Close collaboration with security, infrastructure, DevOps and application teams
• Support in shaping the PKI architecture, certificate policy, and lifecycle management
• Ensuring security, availability, performance, and compliance requirements

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience of PKI and cryptographic systems
• Very strong knowledge of Java, REST, SOAP, PKCS#11
• Experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and secure key management
• Knowledge of security architecture and secure software development
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Excellent English skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong decision-making capabilities
