You will design, code, test, and document programs in an Agile environment, analyze business needs to estimate effort, and occasionally travel on-site to support projects worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) or higher in a science or technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development with Java/JEE in a comparable role, including development of distributed systems and web-based applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java/JEE.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and perform under pressure in a dynamic, complex environment.
• Desirable Java certifications: Oracle Certified Master (Java SE Developer, Java EE Enterprise Architect), Oracle Certified Expert (Enterprise JavaBeans Developer, Web Services Developer), Oracle Certified Professional (Java SE Programmer).
• Desirable: experience with Red Hat WildFly/EAP, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Eclipse; interest in AI and/or biometrics; experience with DevOps practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• German language skills are desirable.
