Responsibilities

• As an experienced software developer, you collaborate with your colleagues in the Frontend team and all relevant stakeholders (Product Management, Backend Development, UX, Sales, etc.).
• Drive our AI First Development Culture forward: explore new tools, share best practices within the team, and help incorporate AI meaningfully into our daily workflows.
• Support the technical documentation of the product.
• Conduct AI‑supported code reviews, support the use of AI tools in daily development, and assist with ticket distribution and development coordination.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, a related IT‑focused program, or a finished apprenticeship as an application developer.
• At least 3 years of relevant full‑time experience.
• Several years of experience with React, frontend frameworks (e.g., Ant Design or Material UI), and developing single‑page applications.
• Routine work with AI‑enabled coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) and the ability to critically evaluate their output and integrate it into existing workflows.
• Enthusiastic about shaping our AI First culture—experiment with new tools, share experiences, and help the team work smarter.
• Values the home‑office but also enjoys in‑person collaboration and team bonding.
