You will develop robust software with maintainability, performance, and scalability in mind, using C#/.NET, and collaborate with product owners and system specialists to shape system design.

The role requires 8+ years in OO software development, a IT/software engineering degree, and fluency in German and English.

By working on our simulation products, you will enable complex intralogistics systems to be understood, optimized, and validated as early as the concept phase—before they are even built.

What you'll be handling:

• Product Development: You develop software that is here to stay – structure, maintainability, and expandability are its distinguishing features.
• Speed matters: Implementation of new features and algorithms for warehouse execution systems using C# / .NET with a focus on maximum performance (up to 100 times real-time).
• Your input matters: Close collaboration with product owners and system specialists with regard to the design of systems and frameworks.
• Innovation: Collaboration on groundbreaking R&D projects (digital twin, system development, AMRs, cloud technologies, and much more).
• Efficiency: Collaboration on increasing our development efficiency – through automation, simplification, structure, and continuous optimization of our development processes.

What you'll need:

• Successfully completed IT/software engineering degree
• A minimum of 8 years professional experience and very good knowledge of object-oriented software development (preferably C#/.NET) required
• Structured and analytical way of thinking, highly motivated and results-oriented, ability to work in a team and independently
• Very good German and English skills
