Your Responsibilities

• Lead security maturity assessments and gap analyses for enterprise clients
• Design and architect SOC/SIEM solutions tailored to client needs
• Develop security roadmaps and transformation strategies
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to methodology development
• Present findings and recommendations to C-level stakeholders
• Support pre-sales activities and proposal development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or enterprise security
• Deep expertise in SIEM/SOAR platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, etc.)
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK)
• Experience leading security assessments and delivering client-facing projects
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)

Nice to have

• + Experience with critical infrastructure (KRITIS) or OT/ICS security
• + Knowledge of German regulatory requirements (BSI, NIS2)
• + Track record of building long-term client relationships
• + Public speaking or thought leadership experience
