Fusion Consulting seeks an experienced Senior SAP MDG-M Functional Consultant with Materials Master expertise to lead a workstream in a large SAP transformation program. You will design, build, and deploy a global template, governing material master data and ensuring seamless integration across supply chain processes.

The role requires strong hands-on MDG-M skills, knowledge of S/4HANA/ECC, and proven workshop facilitation in a global environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on SAP MDG experience focused on MDG-M and data models.
• Deep knowledge of Material Master structures in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Experience as a stream/workstream lead in large SAP transformations.
• Experience designing global templates, rollout, and localization.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.

• Bring strong SAP MDG-M expertise into target master data architecture, governance processes, and data flow design.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP MDG-M Functional Consultant with strong Material Master expertise to take on stream lead responsibility within a large-scale SAP transformation program and support the design, build, and deployment of the global template.

The role will focus on material master governance, master data flows, supply chain-related data processes, and cross-functional integration, working closely with business and IT stakeholders across the global program.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on SAP MDG-M expertise with a solid understanding of Supply Chain Planning, A2R processes, and turntable/intercompany operating models.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP MDG experience, with a strong focus on the Material (MDG-M) domain, including data models, governance workflows, and distribution/DRF.
• Strong understanding of Material Master structures and processes in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Proven experience as a Stream Lead / Workstream Lead within large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Experience supporting global template design, build, deployment, and rollout activities.
• Strong understanding of master data flows and integration across supply chain processes.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and IT functions in a complex global program.
• Fluent English.

Nice To Have

• Supply Chain Planning, including intercompany supply and multi-source supply scenarios.
• A2R (Acquire-to-Retire) processes and their related master data requirements.
• Turntable / intercompany operating models, including company structures and intercompany trading models in global supply chain environments.
• Experience integrating Material Master processes with broader Supply Chain and Planning processes.
• Pharma / Life Sciences experience, ideally with awareness of GxP requirements.
• German language skills.
