Scheer GmbH is seeking an (Senior) SAP FI/CO Consultant to drive design, implement, and optimize SAP Finance solutions for our clients. You will work on change requests, enhancements, and SAP Application Management projects within Cloud Managed Services.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business, informatics, IT, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of SAP consulting or SAP Finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO; experience designing/implementing finance processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud ERP preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Customer-focused mindset with hands-on attitude.
• Motivation to own and drive client projects independently.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• German language skills are an advantage.

Join our Cloud Managed Services team as a (Senior) SAP FI/CO Consultant and become the trusted advisor for our existing clients. In this role, you'll drive the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of SAP Finance solutions while working on exciting change requests, enhancement projects, and SAP Application Management initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Advise clients on the implementation, support, and continuous enhancement of their SAP Finance landscape.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into sustainable SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Plan and implement change requests, enhancements, and smaller projects within SAP Application Management.
• Optimize financial business processes in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA across Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Project System (PS).
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues within second- and third-level support.
• Contribute to the continuous development of our Cloud Managed Services portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with consulting teams, client stakeholders, and technology partners to deliver outstanding customer value.

What you'll need

• A university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• 3+ years of professional experience in SAP consulting or an internal SAP Finance role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and experience in designing and implementing finance-related business processes.
• Ideally, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud ERP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• A customer-focused mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
• The motivation to take ownership and drive client projects independently.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• German language skills are considered an advantage.
