Diconium is seeking a Senior Salesforce & MuleSoft Architect to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure end-to-end architectures in a hybrid Stuttgart setup. You will provide technical leadership across teams and define architecture standards across multiple clouds.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Salesforce, 3+ in architecture/lead roles, deep Salesforce Multi-Cloud and MuleSoft experience, and strong German (C1+). Relevant certifications and a leadership track are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional experience in the Salesforce environment, including 3+ years in an architecture or lead role.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Multi-Cloud (Sales & Service) and MuleSoft integrations.
• Security & identity knowledge (SSO, OAuth, Auth Flows, Shield/PLS) and performance optimization.
• Apex, LWC and flows, test strategies (unit/integration), CI/CD and version management.
• Strong requirements & process expertise; excellent German communication (C1+).
• Leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
• 4 Salesforce certifications (Application or System Architect) and 2 MuleSoft certifications (1 Architect).
• Nice to have: 4+ years in Automotive Sales & Marketing projects; CTA path certifications; Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud/OmniStudio.

Aufgaben

• Provide architecture consulting in Salesforce and MuleSoft ecosystems.
• Oversee Solution & Enterprise Architecture incl. data, integration, security and identity from discovery to go-live.
• Manage architecture governance: guard rails, standards, design reviews, naming conventions, CI/CD & DevSecOps.
• Design integrations (REST/SOAP, platform events) and data models with performance considerations.
• Moderate architecture sessions in agile projects; support PO/PMO; prioritize non-functional requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams; coach developers/consultants; conduct code/config reviews.
• Hands-on PoCs/spikes, complex configurations, release/cutover planning and risk assurance.

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce & MuleSoft Architect (all genders) to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure and performant end-to-end architectures. You will provide technical leadership to teams, define architecture standards and oversee implementation across multiple clouds. Ideally, you have at least 7 years of both Salesforce and MuleSoft experience (3+ of which in an architecture/lead role), fluent German (C1+) and proven lateral leadership experience. Experience in Automotive Sales & Marketing is a plus.

What You Can Expect

• You will provide high-quality, technology-specific architecture consulting in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing/Engagement, Platform, Data Cloud) and MuleSoft for integrations.
• You are responsible for Solution & Enterprise Architecture incl. data, integration, security and identity architecture; from discovery to design to go-live & operation.
• You manage architecture governance: guard rails, standards, design reviews, decision records, naming conventions as well as CI/CD & DevSecOps (e.g. Git/GitHub/Copado).
• You design integrations (REST/SOAP, platform events/eventing, MuleSoft Anypoint) as well as data models, performance and scaling concepts.
• In agile projects, you moderate architecture & design sessions, support PO/PMO, prioritise non-functional requirements and ensure ‘quality by design’.
• You act as an interface between the customer, other stakeholders and the implementation team and translate business goals into resilient architecture blueprints and epics/stories.
• You lead cross-functional teams (consulting, dev, QA) professionally, coach developers/consultants and accompany code/config reviews.
• If required, you will be hands‑on: PoCs/spikes, complex configurations, release/cutover planning and technical risk assurance.

What You Bring Along

• 7+ years of professional experience in the Salesforce environment, including 3+ years in an architecture or lead role.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Multi-Cloud (at least Sales & Service) as well as integration with MuleSoft and data architecture.
• Sound knowledge of security & identity (SSO, OAuth, Auth. Flows, Shield/PLS) and limit/performance optimisation.
• Confident in Apex, LWC and flows, test strategies (unit/integration), CI/CD and version management.
• Very strong requirements & process expertise; excellent communication and presentation skills in German (C1+).
• Leadership experience in managing and developing teams - with or without disciplinary responsibility.
• Must have: At least 4 relevant Salesforce certifications in the areas of Application- or Systemarchitect and at least 2 MuleSoft certifications (1 of which needs to be an Architect certification)
• Nice to have: ≥4 years of experience in Automotive Sales & Marketing projects (OEM/Importer/Trade), certifications such as System/Application Architect, on the CTA path, as well as Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud/OmniStudio.
