Jackalope Digital LLC is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer to design, implement, and improve robotics software platforms, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust, well-tested solutions for automated systems.

You will drive architectural improvements, reduce technical debt, and ensure performance and reliability as customer deployments scale, while mentoring peers and maintaining high engineering standards.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Information Technology, Games Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong C# and C++ skills.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and clean code.
• Experience with code testing (unit, integration, and beyond).
• Excellent English communication skills.

About the role

You will contribute directly as a robotics software engineer to our product codebase, designing and building cutting-edge robotics and automation software powering our customers' automated systems. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust, maintainable, and well-tested software that drives real-world robots.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve robotics software platforms
• Drive architectural improvements and reduce technical debt in critical robotics components
• Enhance the stability, performance, and robustness of our robotics solutions as they scale to new customers and use cases
• Investigate and resolve complex software issues, including those reported from robotic deployments, and deliver lasting solutions

Essential Skills
