Quantum-Systems seeks a Senior Robotics & Machine Learning Engineer to shape the next generation of autonomous ground systems. You will design and implement core components of our end‑to‑end autonomy stack—from perception to vehicle control—for UGVs in GNSS‑denied and off‑road environments.

You will collaborate with software, hardware, and mission systems experts to integrate sensors and algorithms into field‑ready platforms, supporting multi‑domain autonomy and mission success.

As a Senior Robotics & Machine Learning Engineer, you will shape the next generation of autonomous ground systems. You will design and implement core components of our end‑to‑end autonomy stack — from perception and prediction to path planning and vehicle control. Your work enables reliable operation of unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) in challenging environments, including GNSS‑denied areas, off‑road terrain, and multi‑vehicle convoying.

You will collaborate closely with experts across software, hardware, and mission systems to integrate the right sensors, algorithms, and architectures into robust field‑ready platforms. Your contributions directly support Quantum‑Systems’ mission to set the benchmark for multi‑domain autonomous systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:
