DKB Code Factory GmbH invites you to join a QA-focused role bridging our Code Factory team and DKB. You will help shape testing strategy, create test plans, and drive automation in a fast-paced, agile environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments, contribute to AI-assisted testing and data generation, and coordinate release readiness through CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• College degree in STEM or comparable training.
• Experience in software development process with focus on QA and automation.
• ISTQB certification preferred.
• Confident communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with full-stack test automation using Serenity or Playwright.
• Programming in TypeScript or Java.
• Experience coordinating other QA engineers.
• German and English at B2 level or higher.

Aufgaben

• Create test cases and test plans based on product requirements in an agile environment.
• Ensure overall test readiness—including test infrastructure, test data, and environments—and drive test automation in both front end and back end.
• Plan and optimize testing processes and serve as the primary point of contact for testing methods in an agile environment.
• Support CI/CD by integrating continuous testing and oversee releases through to go-live with final test reports.
• Contribute to QA strategy including AI-supported testing methods and test data generation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality across all system layers.
• Coordinate continuously with internal DKB departments and external service providers.

• You have a college degree in a STEM field or comparable training with relevant professional experience.
• You have extensive experience in the software development process with a focus on software quality assurance and will take responsibility for test strategy, test design, and automation.
• Ideally, you hold an ISTQB certification.
• You communicate confidently with various stakeholders and can explain technical concepts clearly.
• You have experience in full-stack test automation using Serenity or Playwright.
• You confidently apply your programming skills in TypeScript or Java.
• Ideally, you have experience coordinating other QA engineers.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and actively contribute to the team’s continued development.
• Confident communication inGerman and English, ideally at B2 level or above
