The role
  • Help create functional requirements together with our customers.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to develop and implement requirements.
  • Build efficient data-powered REST APIs in Python.
  • Build end-to-end data pipelines and AI models needed for your APIs.
  • Collaborate with front-end engineers to integrate with your APIs.
  • Contribute to testing and bug fixes.
  • 3 - 7 years of experience as a Python backend developer ideally, 2+ years in a B2B environment.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers clearly to understand requirements.
  • Experience with Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Bottle), Amazon Web Services (AWS) and REST.
  • Solid understanding of databases and SQL, preferably graph databases.
  • Experience building data pipelines with complex data.
  • Experience with large, enterprise-grade applications.
  • Located in Germany and Europe.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
