BEAT81 in Berlin is seeking a Senior Product Manager (CRM & Mobile) to own the CRM tooling landscape, improve mobile onboarding, and drive engagement across coaches and customers.

You will partner with engineering and design, review technical architecture, connect CRM journeys to in‑app flows, and lead the community platform while translating the roadmap into tangible outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong track record of partnering with engineering and design teams, applying roadmapping and prioritization.
• Comfort reviewing technical architecture, CRM integrations, and tool ecosystems.

• Process-oriented approach with track record of scaling infrastructure as the business grows.
• Proven ownership in defining and shaping product strategy and long-term vision.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

• User-centric mindset focused on meaningful solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously, take accountability, and navigate challenges.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments; passion for fitness and building products in this space.
• Fluency in English.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (CRM & Mobile) to join our Product & Tech team and help turn our ambitious roadmap into reality.

You will:

• Audit and rationalize the existing CRM tooling landscape (organically grown; needs intentional architecture review)

• Act as a key partner to stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and clarity

You have:

• Experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment
• A strong track record of partnering closely with engineering and design teams, applying solid product practices such as roadmapping and prioritization
• You are comfortable reviewing technical architecture, CRM integrations, and tool ecosystems
• A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to understand how different processes, teams, and tools connect.
• A process-oriented approach and a track record of improving and scaling existing infrastructure as the business grows.
• Proven ownership in defining and shaping product strategy and long-term vision
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including clear and confident executive communication
• A structured, well-organized approach to work, paired with a strong bias toward action and execution
• A user-centric mindset focused on delivering meaningful and impactful solutions
• The ability to work autonomously, take accountability, and navigate challenges effectively
• Comfort thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments that require adaptability
• A genuine passion for fitness, sports, and building products in this space
• You speak english fluently
