Freenow is seeking a Product Manager to own and continuously improve key parts of the rider journey across our customer-facing platform. You will identify friction points using data and direct user feedback to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention and satisfaction.

You will translate business goals into clear problems, validate ideas through experiments, and work with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, multi-million user product such as mobility or delivery.
• Strong experience with discovery and delivery, using data (quantitative and qualitative) to inform decisions.
• Passion for creating simple, user-friendly, high-impact products.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate user problems, data evidence, and solutions.

This role is critical for owning and continuously improving key parts of the rider journey. You will be responsible for identifying friction points and unmet needs to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction across our customer-facing platform.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE

• Identify friction points, drop-offs, and unmet needs using data, research, and direct user feedback.
• Drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Validate ideas through experiments, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, within a fast-paced environment on a multi million customer facing product such as mobility, food delivery etc
• Strong, proven experience with discovery and delivery. Proficient experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform and drive product decisions
• A passion for creating simple, user-friendly, and highly effective products.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate user problems, data evidence, target audience and suggested solutions.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, demonstrating a commitment to deeply understanding competitor actions and critically evaluating the Why and their relevance before adopting any approach.
• Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools
• High agency: Proactive, end-to-end ownership, energetic, solution oriented with bias toward action
• English Fluent
