About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Website team, which owns deel.com and every landing page behind it. This role sits at the center of our conversion rate optimization (CRO) practice: you'll design, test, and ship the experiences that turn visitors into pipeline.

You’ll take full ownership of ambiguous, high-stakes problems on our highest-traffic surfaces, running experiments end to end, from hypothesis to A/B test to shipped design. You're as comfortable defending a pixel-perfect layout as you are defending a conversion hypothesis to senior stakeholders. Above all, you bring a growth mindset: curious, data-driven, and always looking for the next test.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO end-to-end. Take ambiguous growth problems on the website and landing pages and own them from hypothesis through shipped experiment. Proactively spot conversion opportunities rather than waiting for a brief.
• Design and run experiments at speed. Write clear problem statements and success metrics, then design, prototype, and launch A/B tests fast. Use experimentation frameworks and platform data to validate what works and kill what doesn't.
• Deliver best-in-class craft. Bring exceptional visual and UI craft to every page you touch. The website is often a prospect’s first impression of Deel, so it needs to show it. Ensure every experiment and launch is scalable, on-brand, and consistent with our design system.
• Translate business goals into customer language. Partner with growth marketing, performance marketing, and sales to understand what the business needs, then design pages and flows that speak directly to the customer’s problem, not internal jargon.
• Use storytelling to drive conversion. Apply narrative and visual storytelling to landing pages and campaign experiences, shaping how we introduce products, launches, and offers so they land with the right audience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with growth PMs, engineers, data analysts, and lifecycle/performance marketers to scope experiments, unblock launches, and ship on time.
• Support product launches. Partner with product marketing to design landing pages and web experiences for new product and feature launches, translating positioning into high-converting web experiences.
• Mentor and raise the bar. Set the standard for craft and experimentation rigor on the team. Give thoughtful feedback to other designers and help evolve how the team works.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional product design experience, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of web design.
• Demonstrated experience in CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation. You can speak fluently about hypotheses, test design, statistical significance, and iteration.
• Exceptional Craft and UI skills; a portfolio that shows polished, high-converting web and landing page work.
• Genuine passion for experimentation, testing, and a growth mindset. You treat every launch as a chance to learn something.
• Strong storytelling ability, with experience shaping narrative and visual hierarchy to guide a visitor toward action.
• Comfortable communicating business goals and translating them into customer-facing language that resonates.
• Data fluency: comfortable working with analytics and experimentation tools (such as Amplitude, GA, or similar) to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into design decisions.
• Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of a web experiment or launch, from ideation to design QA.
• Strong communicator who can present work and reasoning clearly to both design peers and business stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to and maintaining a scalable design system across a marketing or website context.

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.

• Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
