Zusammenfassung

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Growth team in shaping the end-to-end experience for new users, driving activation, retention and expansion. You will partner with product, engineering and data scientists to craft delightful, measurable experiences.

You will own growth surfaces, connect moments across the journey, and contribute to the design system, with a hybrid working model and relocation support to Berlin.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, conversion, or lifecycle design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work with measurable business impact.
• Deep experience with experimentation and data-informed design decision-making.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills - you can articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high ambiguity.

• Drive experimentation - define hypotheses, design A/B tests, and iterate rapidly based on results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth PM, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to align on strategy and ship high-quality work.
• Contribute to and evolve Superhuman's design system, ensuring consistency and quality at scale.
• Bring a sharp eye for craft, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. You will help elevate the quality bar of everything the team ships.
