Zusammenfassung

Trading 212 is seeking an experienced Product/UX Designer to craft user-centered experiences for a global broker audience. You will wireframe, design high-fidelity interfaces, and build prototypes, presenting rationales and iterating from feedback.

Collaboration with engineers and data-driven design decisions are core to the role. You will contribute to the design library, maintain consistency across products, and drive innovation with new tools and workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Experience applying user-centric design principles to product features.
• Strong visual design sense for layouts, typography and color theory.
• Ability to reduce complex flows into clear diagrams.
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch or equivalent design tools.

• Brainstorm ideas with stakeholders and help define early feature concepts
• Express your design vision via wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and functional prototypes if necessary
• Present and explain the rationale behind your design decisions on regular peer design review sessions. Collect feedback and quickly iterate.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure that your designs are accurately implemented according to Trading 212's standards of quality
• Base your design decisions on data by leveraging Trading 212’s analytics tools and on user feedback by conducting usability testsEvolve and maintain Trading 212’s design library
• Drive innovation by integrating new tools and workflows into our design process.
• Be autonomous and have full ownership of your work

What You'll Need

• Expert knowledge of user-centric design principles and methodologies
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and colour theory
• Strong diagramming skills - you can reduce complex user flows into clean and easy-to-understand flowcharts.
• Proven proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools.
• Excellent collaborative skills - you can express your ideas verbally and in writing
