ALLPLAN in Munich is seeking a Senior Product Consultant to guide customers through BIM workflows, deliver trainings, and advise on implementation. You will translate customer needs into feedback for Product Management and support pre-sales with demonstrations.

The role involves consulting across Europe, collaboration with Sales, PM, Development, and Marketing, and occasional travel in the DACH region. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or comparable qualification with strong AEC/software background.
• Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, seminars, or webinars for AEC/software users.
• Ability to advise customers on BIM workflows, implementation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality product trainings, workshops, webinars, and consulting sessions - both online and on-site.
• Support pre-sales activities through product presentations, customer meetings, trade fairs, pilot projects, and technical demonstrations.
• Advise customers on BIM workflows, implementation, process optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
• Translate customer needs into structured feedback for Product Management and Development, contributing directly to product improvement.
• Create engaging training and consulting materials using modern AI tools for content creation, presentation design, video editing, and AEC model analysis.
• Review and technically validate Statements of Work (SOWs) within your area of responsibility.
• Share knowledge internally and help maintain high quality standards across training and consulting content.
• Occasionally support enterprise customers across Europe and travel within the DACH region when needed.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification with a strong AEC and software background.
• You bring solid practical experience with Allplan.
• You have a strong understanding of AEC processes and BIM workflows, including design, planning, coordination, and implementation.
• You have experience delivering training sessions, workshops, seminars, or webinars for AEC and/or software users.
• You enjoy consulting customers, understanding their challenges, and finding practical, technically sound solutions.
• You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, Development, and Marketing.
• You communicate confidently and clearly in both German and English.
• You are willing to travel occasionally within the DACH region.
• Ideally, you have gained Allplan experience in real customer projects, implementation projects, or consulting environments.
