You will collaborate across business areas to analyze problems and develop practical product solutions aligned with company priorities.

You will lead change and project management efforts, engage stakeholders, and monitor compliance while guiding communications and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of healthcare or insurance experience.
• Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred.

Position Purpose:

Provide solutions to attain key performance improvements and reduce risk for assigned product lines across multiple lines of business. Work across functional business areas to identify, analyze and develop product solutions to daily problems and initiatives.

• Identify solutions to problems using knowledge, relationships, creativity and company practices and priorities.
• Conceive, develop and deliver product techniques, practices, procedures and policies to best protect company interests. Develop improvement proposals and present them to leadership for consideration.
• Utilize change management, project management and business process management disciplines for successful on-time initiatives delivery.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics or related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of healthcare or insurance experience. Medical claims/billing coding experience preferred.

License/Certification:

Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
