As Senior Procurement Manager, you will be navigating the complex world of global commodity markets to fuel our rapid scale‑up. You will lead and scale your portfolio, from deep‑dive market analysis to high‑stakes negotiations, ensuring that our production remains resilient, sustainable, and cost‑effective.

You will report directly to our Head of Procurement, working in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment where your strategic decisions directly impact our bottom line and our mission to decouple chocolate from deforestation.

• Lead and elevate an assigned portfolio, constantly scouting for alternative suppliers on current product optimizations and future innovations
• Drive strategic market analysis (specifically fats & oils, sunflower, and grains) to stay ahead of global trends and volatility
• Drive strategic decision‑making in sourcing and investments, balancing risk with the opportunity to scale efficiently
• Partner closely with Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality Management to ensure our ingredients meet the highest standards of performance and sustainability
• Identify risks and opportunities by providing early warnings and trend forecasts
• Act as a key sparring partner for the Head of Procurement to continuously optimize our global sourcing strategy
