• Work on permissions, document services, and shared infrastructure
• Ensure multi-tenancy and configuration-driven solutions
• Improve reliability, observability, testing, and operational stability
• Support other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching
• Collaborate with frontend engineers while maintaining a clear backend and platform focus
• Promote small, reviewable changes, explicit technical contracts, and high code quality
• Use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI tools for development, testing, refactoring, and documentation
• Establish pragmatic AI-assisted engineering practices within the team
