  • Develop, maintain, and control the integrated master schedule for NTB Transformation Project.
  • Consolidate schedules from consultants, contractors, and vendors into a single master schedule.
  • Establish baselines, manage changes, milestones, interfaces, and reporting deviations.
  • Analyse critical paths, risks, dependencies, and opportunities to support delivery.
  • Produce schedule performance reporting including S-curves, variance analysis, and EVM metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align schedules across disciplines.

As a Senior Planner , you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the North Sea Terminal Bremerhaven (NTB) Transformation Project—one of APM Terminals’ major strategic investment programmes. Based onsite in Bremerhaven, Germany, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules across multiple construction, automation, equipment, and business integration workstreams. Working closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders, you will provide reliable planning insights that enable informed decision-making, effective risk management, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and control the integrated resource-loaded project master schedule using Primavera P6/OPC in accordance with APM Terminals standards.
  • Consolidate and integrate schedules from consultants, contractors, suppliers, and vendors into a single master project schedule.
  • Establish and maintain project baselines, managing schedule changes, milestones, interfaces, and reporting deviations through structured governance.
  • Analyse and communicate critical path activities, schedule risks, dependencies, and opportunities to support proactive project delivery.
  • Produce schedule performance reporting, including S-curves, variance analysis, critical path monitoring, and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
  • Facilitate planning, schedule review, and risk workshops while supporting time impact assessments and schedule optimisation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment across construction, business integration, and project controls disciplines.

  • Advanced expertise in Primavera P6/OPC, with experience managing integrated master schedules across multiple work packages.
  • Proven experience with resource-loaded schedules, Earned Value Management (EVM), schedule controls, and project performance reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse technical and cultural environments.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, while Power BI experience is advantageous.
