Arla Foods AB is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager for Falkenberg Dairy. You will lead eight direct reports and oversee operations and a workforce of about 120, focusing on safety, wellbeing and performance across the site.

You will drive continuous improvement, develop people and partner with unions to deliver sustainable results. Strong English and Swedish communication will be essential in this role.

As Senior Operations Manager, Falkenberg Dairy, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaged and high-performing organization. You will lead a team of eight direct reports and have overall responsibility for an organization of approximately 120 employees. You will work closely with the local leadership team and colleagues across the organization to drive performance, develop people and continuously improve the operation. What will make you successful

You hold a university degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or a related field, and bring significant leadership experience from manufacturing, supply chain, or other operational environments.

You have a proven ability to lead change, drive operational excellence, and deliver sustainable improvements in performance, quality, safety, and people engagement. You thrive in complex organizations and have experience leading optimization, transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives. With a strong business mindset, you balance operational delivery with long-term capability building and know how to translate strategy into action.

You communicate confidently in Swedish and English and inspire others through clear direction, collaboration, and accountability.

As a leader, you lead by example, are visible, authentic, and decisive. You build high-performing teams, create strong engagement, and foster a culture where people want to take ownership, grow, and continuously raise the bar.
