The consultancy helps companies including Henkel, Porsche, Siemens and AOK build consistent brand experiences across every touchpoint, and this role defines movement as a central element of brand identity in a landscape increasingly shaped by social media, digital platforms and interactive interfaces.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a brand designer with a focus on motion design.
• Proficient in 2D/3D animation using After Effects, Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Aufgaben

• Develop overarching motion principles translating brand values into movement across touchpoints.
• Conceive and produce brand films to carry brands emotionally and visually.
• Design UI micro-animations for prototypes and digital products to create an intuitive experience.
• Collaborate with brand, UX and UI teams to keep motion guidelines consistent.
• Ensure assets and templates are efficient and technically feasible across brands.

• Conceive and produce brand films that carry new brands emotionally and visually
• Design UI micro-animations for prototypes and digital products to create an intuitive and lively user experience
• Collaborate with brand, UX and UI teams to keep motion guidelines consistent across channels
• Ensure assets and templates are efficient and technically feasible across brands

What you'll need

• Several years of experience as a brand designer with a strong focus on motion design
• Demonstrable expertise in 2D and 3D animation using tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D or Blender
• A deep understanding of brand management and the role of movement in digital brand experience
• Confident use of common design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
