Fidelity International is seeking a Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk for the 2nd Line Risk Management in Kronberg i.Ts, Germany. You will lead ICAAP, monitor risk-bearing capacity, and develop risk strategies in a regulated framework.

Our Risk Management team is dedicated to ensuring the stability and security of our bank by identifying, assessing, and managing risks. With a strong focus on regulatory compliance, we proactively develop strategies for risk mitigation and ensure that our bank maintains adequate capital buffers at all times
This includes the following key responsibilities:
Ideal candidates should possess a solid understanding of risk management principles and methodologies, coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. The most important skills and qualifications include: University degree in economics, finance, mathematics or a related field Several years of experience in risk management, ideally in a bank or financial institution In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the area of risk management, especially with regard to Basel III and the requirements of the ICAAP Experience with non-financial risk severe scenario assessment processes and leading associated workshops preferred. Knowledge of quantitative methods: Demonstrated knowledge, preferably experience in the application of quantitative methods and statistical analysis, including stress testing, Monte Carlo simulations, and time series analysis, paired with a pragmatic and commercial mind-set Strong communication skills: ability to present complex issues, models and their results in a clear and understandable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support informed decision-making and to demonstrate sufficient model knowledge to the supervisor Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
