Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced analytics leader to own end-to-end pricing and profitability analytics for credit card portfolios. You will partner with senior leaders in Credit Risk, Pricing, and Profitability to translate objectives into data-driven solutions and present insights to executives.

You will also lead offshore analytics teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and governance across model development, validation, and implementation, while collaborating with data

Qualifikationen

• 10-12 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative modeling within Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong experience in modeling, viz, Credit Card Pricing, Profitability Analytics, and Portfolio Analytics.
• Robust background in model development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvements.
• Proven experience leading analytics engagements and managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business leaders.
• Experience leading and coordinating offshore teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as Python and SQL.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
