MicroAGI, Inc. in Munich seeks an experienced corporate lawyer to guide international labor and regulatory matters in the AI-enabled physical world.

You will translate complex laws into actionable business guidance and support cross‑functional teams across operations, engineering, product, and leadership. The role focuses on ownership, initiative, and adapting to fast-moving environments as MicroAGI expands across borders.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified lawyer in Germany (Volljurist/in or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in labor, corporate or tax law
• Strong background in labor law; IT/IP/privacy/data matters a plus
• Understanding of European digital regulatory landscape for IT & AI

What You Will Do

• Primarily advise on legal questions relating to international labor law issues across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including cloud infrastructure, partnership, and data-related agreements.
• Support the design and scaling of legal and operational processes across the company.
• Work closely with operations, engineering, product, finance, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
• Help structure international operations and support cross-border legal matters in jurisdictions where MicroAGI operates or plans to expand.
• Support corporate, compliance, governance, and IP-related matters as the company grows.
• Translate complex legal and regulatory issues into practical, business-oriented guidance.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer in Germany (Volljurist/in or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in labor law, corporate law, or tax law, ideally within a tech-driven or regulated industry.
• Strong background in labor law; experience with IT, IP, privacy, AI, or data-related legal matters is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the European digital regulatory landscape, particularly in relation to IT and AI regulation.
• High degree of ownership and initiative — you do not wait to be told what to do.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
