Aufgaben

• Act as the liaison between IT Risk and Operational Risk, ensuring tech risks are integrated into the wider framework.
• Lead development and enhancement of risk governance in line with DORA and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee and challenge RCSAs, ensuring consistency and quality across the business.
• Drive development and maintenance of risk registers, control frameworks, and risk reporting.
• Support enhancement of KRIs, risk appetite metrics, and operational risk reporting.
• Partner with Technology, Information Security, Compliance and business stakeholders to improve risk identification and remediation.
• Mentor IT Risk and Operational Risk teams to foster a strong risk culture.
• Support senior management with regulatory engagement and governance committees.

A leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – IT Risk & Operational Risk to play a key role in strengthening its non-financial risk framework. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the link between IT Risk and Operational Risk, ensuring technology-related risks are effectively integrated into the wider Operational Risk framework.
• Lead the development and enhancement of risk governance in line with DORA, regulatory expectations and industry best practice.
• Oversee and challenge Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), ensuring consistency and quality across the business.
• Drive the development and maintenance of comprehensive risk registers, control frameworks and risk reporting.
• Support the enhancement of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk appetite metrics and operational risk reporting.
• Partner with Technology, Information Security, Compliance and business stakeholders to improve risk identification and remediation.
• Mentor and develop members of the IT Risk and Operational Risk teams, promoting a strong risk culture across the organisation.
• Support senior management with regulatory engagement, governance committees and strategic risk initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within IT Risk, Operational Risk or Technology Risk in Financial Services or Investment Management.
• Strong understanding of DORA, Operational Resilience and ICT Risk Management.
• Proven experience developing and challenging RCSAs, risk registers and control frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of risk governance, operational risk methodologies and regulatory expectations.
• Experience mentoring teams and influencing senior stakeholders across technology and business functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate across all levels of the organisation.
