PIMCO Prime Real Estate, a leading global real estate investor and manager, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Munich. You will independently lead complex IT projects end-to-end—from planning through rollout—coordinating internal teams, external providers, and stakeholders across functions.

Requirements include a degree in informatics or related field, 6–8 years of PM experience, proficiency with PMI/PRINCE2/Scrum, and excellent German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in (business) informatics, project management, or a comparable qualification.
• 6–8 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Solid knowledge of PM methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
• Proficient in project and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft 365.
• Business fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and other approved apps.
• Willingness for continuous learning and cross-cultural collaboration.

• Conduct reviews, audits, and lessons-learned workshops.
• Coach junior project managers and promote PM standards.

Your Profile

• Degree in (business) informatics, project management, or a comparable qualification
• 6–8 years of experience managing complex IT projects
• Solid knowledge of common project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills
• Proficient in project and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) as well as Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Ability to effectively use modern AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT (Allianz GPT 2.0), and other approved applications
• Strong willingness for continuous learning to stay up to date
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners and clients within an international environment and across different cultures
