Ebury Düsseldorf/Frankfurt is seeking a Senior Foreign Exchange (FX) Structurer to deliver tailored FX solutions for clients and lead pricing of derivatives across vanilla to exotic products.

You will collaborate with front office teams and clients, price FX derivatives, and develop market-driven trade ideas, while mentoring teams and driving risk management strategies in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical, numerical, and verbal reasoning skills.
• Degree in finance, financial engineering, econometrics, or financial mathematics.
• Knowledge of pricing FX Spot, Swaps, NDFs, and Options.
• Experience with modelling, scenario analysis and stress testing.
• Fluency in German and business-level English.
• Excel experience required; Python preferred.

As a Senior Foreign Exchange (FX) Structurer, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the most suitable FX solutions. Working as part of the FX structuring team, you will:

What you’ll do

• Understand clients FX exposure and current hedges to structure appropriate FX risk management solutions incorporating client's business environment and industry.
• Price FX derivatives from vanilla to exotic and develop proposals for FX structured products.
• Collaborate with front office teams, Client Portfolio Managers and FX sales in order to support delivery of outstanding FX products to clients.
• Recommend strategies and pricing for structuring complex FX derivative products and come up with market driven trade ideas.
• Execution of complex FX hedges.
• Train and educate FX Sales & Client Portfolio Managers teams on strategies and pricing of structured products.

What you’ll need

• Proven analytical, problem solving, numerical & verbal reasoning skills.

• Understanding and interest in pricing of FX Spot, Swaps, NDFs, and Options.
• Modelling experience and ability to set up scenario analysis and stress testing.
