Twin Harbour Interactive is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to strengthen the frontend of the web client for our strategy games. You will work on stability and performance of live systems while improving the frontend using a modern stack including Vue.js and TypeScript.

You’ll shape design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement across teams, collaborating on roadmaps and deploying scalable, testable code in a hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3 and current frontend frameworks.
• A degree in computer science or a related IT field with professional software development experience.
• Ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary team with strong analytical skills.
• Enthusiasm for video games; industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English (technical and business).
• Familiarity with Agile development and Scrum environments or willingness to adopt.

Join our game development team as Senior Frontend Developer!

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will ensure the stability and performance of our live systems and continuously work on improving the frontend of our web client for our existing game titles.

Your Mission

• You will work on the frontend of the web client for our existing games.

• Shape the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our frontend systems, working with a modern technology stack that includes JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Sass, Jest, Sentry, Sonar, GitHub, Jenkins, and automated build pipelines.

• Collaborate in building and maintaining the roadmap.

• Develope and improve the company's frontend client and tools using best practices to deliver stable, modern, testable, and maintainable code, while ensuring the live system's stability and performance.

• Work together with other teams across the company on bug & performance monitoring, tracking, data warehouse solutions, analytics, and game features.

• Communicate with colleagues and other teams to ensure a smooth daily workflow.

• Take full ownership of complex features and projects, from design to post-release monitoring. Develop them with observability, scalability, and maintainability in mind.

• Provide constructive feedback in code reviews and help enforce team coding practices.

• Demonstrate initiative, ownership mindset, and a commitment to team success.

Your Profile

• Expert knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3 and current frontend frameworks.

• A degree in computer science or a similar IT related field and have professional experience in software development.

• Ability to operate independently, but also enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team, have good analytical skills, like to think outside the box and the motivation to constantly improve and learn.

• Enthusiastic about video games and preferably already having experience within the industry.

• Strong communication skills and fluent in technical and business English.

• Familiarity with agile software development and scrum-based working environments or the wish to work with them in the future.
