Westwing, Europe\u2019s leading home & living e-commerce brand, seeks a Senior FP&A Manager in Munich to steer financial planning and performance across the group. You will partner with the Finance Leadership Team and Executives on high-impact topics, driving insights and supporting strategic decisions.

Based in Munich, you will help elevate FP&A processes, mentor juniors, and shape the financial roadmap for the Westwing Group and its entities, enabling scalable growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, or a large corporate environment in a finance-related role.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to combine analytical rigour, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
• Experience or interest in AI tools and automation is a plus.
• Proactive and self-driven attitude combined with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously, lead end-to-end projects, navigate ambiguity, and drive continuous improvement and best practices in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver end-to-end financial insights across the Group, enabling effective performance management and informed decision-making.
• Support the Head of FP&A & Investor Relations in leading the day-to-day operations of the FP&A team, driving execution, cross-functional alignment, and strategic decision-making across the Group.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, proactively identifying deviations from plan, assessing their drivers, and recommending corrective actions.
• Drive the continuous optimisation of financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, improving accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Support the coaching and development of junior team members, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.

JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will be at the centre of Westwing's financial steering, partnering closely with the Finance Leadership Team and Executive Management on high-impact strategic and operational topics. You will drive the evolution of our FP&A processes, deliver actionable insights, and support critical business decisions across both the Westwing Group and its legal entities. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
