GROPYUS is seeking a (Senior) FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Berlin. You will ensure high-quality monthly reporting, support forecasting and budgeting cycles, and deliver clear financial insights to guide decision-making across the organisation.

You’ll collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Leadership to maintain robust planning, transparent reporting, and compelling investor materials, while developing rolling models and long-term financial plans for key projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, financial consulting, audit, or similar finance roles.

• As Finance Business Partner, coordinate FP&A activities during month-end closing and prepare accurate group-level reporting.
• Maintain reporting structures across sites, cost centers and projects for consistent data.
• Support quarterly forecasts and the annual budget, tracking performance against targets.
• Maintain rolling financial models and provide insight into drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to long-term financial planning and perform modelling for key projects including working capital and returns.
• Assist in preparing investor-related materials, including KPI reporting, project reports and financial statements.

About the role

We’re strengthening our Finance team and are looking for a (Senior) FP&A Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring high-quality monthly reporting, supporting our forecasting and budgeting cycles, and providing clear financial insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Leadership to ensure accurate reporting, robust planning, and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• As Finance Business Partner, you will coordinate FP&A activities during month-end closing and prepare accurate group-level reporting, including variance analyses.
• Maintain reporting structures across sites, cost centers and projects to ensure consistent and reliable data.
• Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget, including tracking performance against targets
• Maintain rolling financial models and provide insight into drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the long-term financial plan at GROPYUS Group level and perform financial modelling for key pipeline projects, including cost development, working capital requirements, milestones, and expected returns.
• Assist in preparing investor-related materials, including KPI reporting,projectreportsandfinancialstatements.
