Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related analytical role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles with proven ability to analyze financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Ability to streamline work processes to build efficiencies and provide training to the teams as needed.
• Ability to provide high level support to leadership on an ad hoc basis, effectively managing time sensitive requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
