Zusammenfassung

Exyte is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Expert to develop and manage group safety policies and programs. You will work with EHS teams, business units, and facility leaders on program development and implementation.

You will provide expert consultation on EHS matters, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead onsite audits and campaigns. Travel and extended site stays are required.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of EHS experience in major industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
• Master/Technician/Engineer degree required.
• Ability to work across diverse cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels.
• Formal EHS qualification (e.g., SiFa, Nebosh, Safety degree).
• Very good German skills and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay on site for extended periods.

This person will collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety team members, business units, and facility leaders on program development, oversight, and implementation.

• Provide expert consultation on EHS matters to management and project teams.
• Implement and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Organize and execute health, safety, and environmental programs to promote safe behavior.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and audits, and manage adverse event investigations.
• Develop and implement EHS campaigns and strategies.
• Lead contractor EHS onsite audits and participate in project evaluations and environmental audits

Show your expertise

• Several years of EHS experience in major industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
• Successfully completed education/studies as Master/ Technician / Engineer
• Teamwork proficiency across diverse cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels.
• Formal EHS qualification (e.g., SiFa, Nebosh, Safety degree).
• Very good German skills, good English skills
• Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site over longer time-period
