Zusammenfassung

ARRK Engineering GmbH in Munich is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to ensure our platforms are secure, scalable, and highly available while helping teams deliver services faster. You will own operations at the intersection of development and infrastructure, drive automation, and contribute to cloud transformation, observability, and SRE practices in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with Linux, AWS, containers, CI/CD, and IaC tools.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience.
• Many years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Strong experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive cross-functional operational topics.
• Proven experience in planning operational activities within teams and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Hands-on experience in incident management and production support in complex environments.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Define, plan, and coordinate operational activities across teams, including clear prioritization of topics and workloads.
• Lead incident management processes, including coordination, communication, root cause analysis, and preventive follow-up actions.
• Implement and enhance monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, stability, and operational quality.
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps standards, processes, and best practices.
