Arcadis Germany B.V. & Co. KG seeks an Electrical Manager responsible for delivering electrical systems across the Germany site.

You will drive safety performance, coordinate with the general contractor and project team, and ensure adherence to client standards while contributing to cost, schedule, and scope development. The role requires extensive experience in large multidisciplinary projects, Capex and contractor management, and fluent English and German communication.

Qualifikationen

• Technical/Engineering Diploma.
• 10 years of relevant experience on large multidiscipline projects in a design or CM role with 5 years relevant semiconductor experience.
• Experience with Capex projects and contractor management.
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Advocate for safety performance in field and lead by example.
• Ensure all work complies with client SOPs, policies and expectations.
• Monitor installation quality with clear escalation paths.
• Provide input to cost development, forecast & reviews.
• Review Change Proposals (CP) and Applications for Payments (AFP).
• Coordinate daily with GC and project teams; participate in design reviews.
• Assist in defining project scope, budget and schedule; monitor risks and escalation.

Position Summary

The Electrical Manager will be accountable for the delivery of Electrical systems (all voltages) associated with the Client project on the Germany site.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong advocate for Safety performance in field.
• Participate fully in safety program and lead by example.
• Knowledge of procedures & policies to ensure an effective & efficient delivery of the project.
• Ensuring that all work performed is fully compliant to the Client standard operating procedures, policies and expectations.
• Monitoring quality of installation with clear escalation paths identified.
• Input to CPA development.
• Technical & constructability input to Cost development.
• Input to cost forecasting & reviews.
• Review and line approval of Change Proposals (CP) Review and line approval of Applications for Payments (AFP). Schedule -
• Technical & constructability input to Schedule development.
• Taking responsibility for and participation in the development of project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Escalation of schedule risk issues.
• Monitoring & tracking of the General Contractor to ensure the delivery of scope, schedule & budget with appropriate escalation when needed. General -
• Management of GC to install & commission electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Technically competent on electrical engineering design and construction.
• Taking responsibility for, and participation in the development of, project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Daily Coordination with GC, working closely with SPOC, PE, & Work Group.
• Participation in and provision of technical & constructability input to Design Reviews.
• Monitor, track, influence & manage from design process, through construction, through OAT's / FAT's, matching to white paper complete & approved.

Education & Experience

• Technical/Engineering Diploma.
• 10 years relevant experience on large multidiscipline projects in a design or CM role with 5 years relevant semiconductor experience.
• Previous experience in Capex Projects and Contractor Management.
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
• Highly skilled in coaching and creating a positive open and collaborative environment.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement, value for money, adaptability, technical quality, and professional standards while simultaneously developing the future vision of the business.
• Fluent in both English and German.
