You will create sophisticated HIL/SIL test scenarios, drive V&V efforts for military and European standards, and build evidence packages to demonstrate safety and reliability to authorities.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency with requirements and traceability tools (DOORS, Polarion, or Jama Connect).
• Experience testing embedded systems, ideally using HIL/SIL setups.
• Familiarity with key safety standards (MIL-STD-882E or EU Machinery Regulation).
• Interest in autonomous systems, UGV, or robotics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

What You'll Build

What You Bring

• A strong background (5+ years) in test engineering, V&V, or system safety, ideally from a regulated industry like defense, aerospace, or automotive.
• An academic foundation in systems engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Experience guiding products through formal certification or military acceptance processes.
• A talent for creating clear, effective, and unambiguous test cases from complex requirements.
• Proficiency with requirements and traceability tools (such as DOORS, Polarion, or Jama Connect).
• Experience testing embedded systems, ideally using HIL/SIL setups.
• Familiarity with key safety standards (like MIL-STD-882E or the EU Machinery Regulation).
• An interest in autonomous systems, unmanned ground vehicles (UGV), or robotics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
