Senior Designer
About the Company
Our client is a full-service marketing agency built to support complex organizations at pivotal stages of growth. The agency works with both public and private companies, delivering integrated marketing solutions across corporate and digital platforms.
A significant portion of the work involves corporate communications for publicly listed companies, where design must communicate information clearly and effectively to investors and other sophisticated stakeholders. Projects span branding, logos, print collateral, websites, digital assets, and broader corporate communications.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to serve as a cornerstone member of the agency's creative team.
This isnot an execution-only design role. The ideal candidate must be able to receive a loose or high-level brief, understand the underlying communication objective, and independently determine the appropriate visual strategy, hierarchy, and layout.
The Senior Designer will help elevate the overall quality and strategic thinking behind the agency's creative work while also mentoring a junior designer and providing oversight across creative output.
The right candidate combines excellent hands-on design ability with the judgment and strategic thinking typically associated with a creative lead.
