As a Senior Data Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our data infrastructure, developing scalable data models, and providing actionable insights to teams across the company. You'll ensure data-driven decision-making and foster a data-first culture.

Your Mission

• Manage & Optimize BI Infrastructure: Own and maintain our end-to-end BI setup, which currently includes Airbyte, dbt, Snowflake, and Metabase. Continuously evaluate and implement the best tools to meet our evolving needs.

• Develop Scalable Data Models: Build and maintain reliable, scalable data models that ensure data integrity and accuracy across all business functions.

• Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze business performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership and various teams.

• Understand B2B SaaS Metrics: Strong grasp of core B2B business metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC, with the ability to translate these into actionable reporting and insights for the business.

• Partner Across Teams: Work closely with leadership, Finance, and RevOps to bring clarity to core B2B SaaS metrics — including MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC.

• Mentorship & Alignment: Manage and upskill junior team members and ensure that data strategies align with the company’s vision and goals.

• Ensure Data Governance: Implement and uphold data governance policies and industry best practices to maintain compliance and security.

• Leverage AI-Augmented Analytics Workflows: Apply AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and establish best practices for AI-assisted analytics across the team.

Your Profile

• Demonstrate Strong Analytics Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Exhibit Advanced SQL Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar.

• Adopt AI-Assisted Development Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) and an interest in integrating them into modern analytics engineering workflows.

• Work with Business Intelligence Tools: Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar.

• Apply Data Modeling Best Practices: Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

• Deliver Analytical Insights: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.

• Communicate Data Effectively: Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Thrive in Fast-Paced Environments: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities.

• Utilize Analytics Engineering Tools: Experience working with dbt for data transformation and analytics engineering workflows is a Plus
