• 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or consultancy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with databases such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with Python is a plus.

Your job

• Plan, manage, and coordinate analytics and reporting projects, including timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
• Serve as the central point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding KPIs, performance, quality, and customer behavior
• Understand stakeholder problems, hypotheses, and decision needs through discussions and workshops, and translate qualitative issues into clear analytical questions, metrics, and reporting requirements
• Analyze data in depth and derive concrete, actionable recommendations that support operational efficiency and growth objectives
• Advise senior stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and present results clearly, structured, and concisely for different audience groups
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver the foundation for scalable, data-driven solutions

Your profile

• 4 years of professional experience in data analysis and/or consultancy
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Experience in writing SQL queries and working with databases such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A strong analytical mindset paired with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python is a plus
