RTB House is a global company delivering marketing technologies and AI-driven ad solutions. We are seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into insights that shape revenue, margins and campaign performance.

You will analyze key metrics, collaborate with multiple business areas, run seasonal studies, and maintain reports to support Account Management and Sales teams. The role offers flexible work options, including remote, home, and hybrid arrangements, within a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
• Professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI or similar.
• Programming experience (Python, R, Scala, etc.).
• Experience querying data with SQL.
• Experience with Google BigQuery is a plus.
• Experience with Digital Marketing is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Analyze complex revenue, margin, CTR, conversion rates and other financial metrics.
• Interact with different business areas and teams to communicate findings.
• Execute seasonal studies and help create client-oriented material.
• Maintain complex reports in support of Account Management and Sales teams.
• Assist Account Management and Technical Support with campaign optimization and strategies through on-demand analysis.

• Help Account Management and Technical Support teams with campaign optimization and strategies, providing on-demand analysis.

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, and related fields;
• Professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence or similar;
• Programming experience (Python, R, Scala, etc.);
• Experience querying data with SQL;
• Experience with Google BigQuery is a plus;
• Experience with Digital Marketing is a plus.
