You will serve as trusted advisor to executive sponsors, align AI-driven solutions to business outcomes, and drive adoption, engagement, and expansion across the customer portfolio in EMEA.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in Customer Success, post-sales Account Management, Implementation, or Consulting within SaaS.
• Experience building customer success motions from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a point of view on how AI reshapes enterprise functions.
