We Are Social in Munich is seeking a Senior Copy / Concept (m/f/d) to join our Creative team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will craft social-first copy and concepts for global brands, shaping voice and storytelling across platforms.

The role collaborates with Design, Strategy and Editorial, turning briefs into ideas, presenting to clients, and owning projects. Fluent English and several years in agency copywriting are required, plus a passion for social media culture.

We're looking for a Senior Copy / Concept (m/f/d) to join our Creative team, preferably based in Munich. The role is initially fixed-term for 18 months. We are a global, socially-led creative agency with more than 1,300 people across 17 offices worldwide. In a world where social media shapes culture, we help brands create ideas worth talking about. Requirements

What will you be doing?

• Developing social-first concepts and creative ideas, from big campaigns to individual social posts.
• Shaping distinctive tones of voice and verbal identities for our clients.
• Writing excellent, native-level English copy across brands, formats and social platforms.
• Turning strategies and briefs into strong creative and verbal concepts.
• Presenting and championing creative ideas with clients.
• Working closely with Design, Strategy and Editorial while taking creative ownership of your projects.

What are we looking for?

• Several years of experience in copywriting and concept development, ideally within an agency.
• A strong copy background with conceptual experience or vice versa.
• Native or excellent English and an exceptional feel for language, tone of voice and storytelling.
• Experience developing brand tones of voice and verbal identities.
• A strong understanding of social media, platform culture and contemporary brand communication.
• The ability to deliver both big ideas and sharp social copy.
• Experience with automotive, German industrial companies or international brands is a plus.
