EY in Germany (Bremen) seeks a (Senior) Consultant to join the Mobile Talent Operate and Mobility Transformation team within People Advisory Services Tax. You will manage the end-to-end assignment lifecycle for multinational clients, combining hands-on delivery with strategic mobility transformation.

You will coordinate across expatriate tax, social security, immigration, and global compensation while contributing to proposals, workshops and client decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Act as a central point of contact for mobility teams of multinational clients in Germany and abroad.
• Coordinate services across the end-to-end assignment lifecycle, including expatriate tax, social security compliance, immigration, and global compensation management.
• Prepare and review assignment-related deliverables such as cost estimates, balance sheet calculations, assignment letters and mobility documentation.
• Contribute to Mobility Transformation projects, including project management activities and development of mobility programs and policies.
• Contribute to proposals, marketing materials, articles and thought leadership, identifying opportunities to provide additional services.

Within People Advisory Services Tax, we support organizations in managing and transforming their global mobility programs. Our integrated approach brings together hands‑on operational assignment delivery with strategic mobility transformation, helping clients provide an effective employee experience while continuously evolving how mobility operates. We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant to join our Mobile Talent Operate and Mobility Transformation team. The role focuses on the end-to-end assignment lifecycle, while also supporting strategic transformation projects that shape the future of global mobility. Your wide-ranging responsibilities in our team will include:

• Act as a central point of contact for the mobility teams of multinational clients in Germany and abroad


• Coordinate services across the end-to-end assignment lifecycle, including expatriate tax, social security compliance, immigration, global compensation management and third-party relocation providers


• Prepare and review assignment-related deliverables such as cost estimates, balance sheet calculations, assignment letters and mobility documentation


• Contribute to Mobility Transformation projects, including project management activities, the development or refresh of mobility programs and assignment policies, and participation in workshops, strategic meetings and client decision-making


• Contribute to proposals, marketing materials, articles and thought leadership, and identify opportunities to provide additional services that benefit our clients

• A university degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field, combined with a structured and organized approach to work and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously


• A strong interest in global mobility, with enthusiasm for combining operational assignment delivery with strategic transformation initiatives, complemented by a client-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work, even under tight deadlines
